Our Story
Vangie’s Events of Distinction specializes in weddings and corporate events. Based in Florida, but available for travel worldwide. Planned and designed weddings with international brides in Italy, Ireland, Dubai and more. Packages Starting at $1200 Full Planning and Event Design Vangie’s Events of Distinction will work with you throughout your entire wedding planning process, including everything from the selection of the gown to the venue, to designing the floral and décor for your reception. Together we will formulate a budget and recommend vendors that will coordinate not only with your style but also stay within your price range. Our team will assist with hotel and transportation for out of town guests, as well as organize your rehearsal dinner or post-wedding brunch. On your wedding day, our team will be on-site with you to ensure the day follows the scheduled timeline and make sure every detail meets your expectation. This is our most comprehensive planning package. Partial Planning and Event Design The Partial Planning and Event Design package is designed for couples who have already done much of the vendor selection on their own, but need some additional help in bringing all the details together for the big day. With this package, Vangie's Events of Distinction will assist in the recommendation and selection of any remaining vendors, work with the client to finalize décor and floral designs for both the reception and ceremony, create a wedding day timeline, and provide on-site services for the both the rehearsal and wedding day. Weekday and Intimate Weddings If you are planning a celebration of no more than 50 guests or planning to tie the knot Monday thru Thursday, our Weekday and Intimate Wedding Package is ideal. This package is offered at a special rate for couples needing help on the day of their wedding to ensure the day goes smoothly. Vangie’s Events of Distinction will work with you to develop a wedding day itinerary and provide on-site support for your celebration. Day of Coordination Our Day of Coordination package is perfect for the couple who has all the details in place but want to enjoy a stress free wedding day. Our team will meet with the client once before the wedding day to finalize the day’s itinerary and confirm wedding day details with the selected vendors. For both the rehearsal and wedding day, Vangie’s Events of Distinction will be on-site to help bring the couple’s vision to life. This is the least comprehensive package that we offer. Frequently Asked Questions: Vangie’s Events of Distinction is the wedding and event planning arm of the company, which works in conjunction with Blossoms Arrangements of Distinction, the floral and design part of the company. Depending on a client’s needs, we are available for exclusively planning or exclusively designing the event. However, we do offer a discount for utilizing both our services together. Please contact us for more information on booking separately. All packages can be customized according to the client’s vision for their wedding or amount of coordination needed. Vangie’s Events of Distinction and Blossoms Arrangements of Distinction are based in Central Florida but are available for travel throughout the United States and Internationally.
