As we approach the end of another whirlwind year, I cannot help but echo your sentiment - 2023 seemed to have passed by in the blink of an eye.

The leap into 2024, complete with an extra day for whatever pursuits we fancy, adds a unique touch to the upcoming calendar.

The constant barrage of election days and the perpetual plea for 'just a few more dollars' in the mailbox can indeed be overwhelming. The sheer volume of donations and robo call requests has reached stunning proportions, leading to more spam emails and the once-exciting trip to the mailbox to a direct route to the shredder and recycling bin.

In these four years since the start of the COVID-19 pandemic, we have witnessed a rollercoaster in the world of travel. Leisure travel is making a comeback, but business travel still lags, and the rising costs across the board make it a different landscape altogether. The adaptability of technology has allowed for dynamic pricing adjustments, but the absence of fixed prices in the travel industry is a new norm.

Looking ahead to 2024, it seems more changes are on the horizon, especially with the travel industry grappling with the implications of NDC (new distribution capability). The idea that there was 'one best way' to do things, as envisioned 10 years ago, now seems like a distant memory. The evolution from a flat, text-based, cryptic code world to the point-and-click, graphical displays of today is a testament to the rapid pace of technological advancement.

As we bid farewell to 2023, I sincerely hope this year has treated you well and that the upcoming one brings even more joy and success. May the challenges we face be met with resilience, and may the positive moments be cherished. Wishing you a safe and wonderful end-of-year celebration and a Happy New Year

As a Chauffeur You Will:
Prepare route for trip prior to departure. In addition, review trip tickets prior to departure for pertinent information on all trips assigned for the shift.
Be knowledgeable of traffic patterns that might impact travel times and makes adjustments accordingly.
Arrive to transport passengers at the predetermined arrival time set by dispatch.
Operate all vehicles within all state and federal laws as well as all company policies. Comply with all speed limits and road signs, Wear a seat belt at all times while vehicle is in motion. Not talk on cell phone at any time while operating a vehicle.
Communicate with dispatchers throughout their shift regarding their status accurately and in a timely manner. Accurately complete all required paperwork at the end of each shift including but not limited to Trip Tickets and Vehicle Condition Reports. Accurately complete Hours of Service paperwork at the end of each work week.

• Drive high profile passengers from one place to another in one of my 3 luxury
vehicles.
• Determine directions to traveling locations.

• Help passengers get in and out of car.
Professionalism

Candidates Must:

• Be 25 years of age or above
• Have a Clean Driving Record
• Able to Pass Drug Screen and Background Check
• Able to safely drive luxury sedans, SUV’s, limousines, and 15 passenger vans
• Able to safely handle up to 75lbs of luggage
• Possess vast knowledge of the Cleveland, OH and its freeway system.
• Tech savvy (utilizing apps, navigation systems, logging in & out of a computer is
mandatory)
• Drive and work in a suit and tie under various environmental conditions
• Desire to maintain a company vehicle in an impeccable condition
• Prior chauffeur experience is preferable but not necessary

This company is by far the BEST limousine service we have ever hired. Our most recent reservation required the multi passenger bus. Complete clean, reliable, safe and quality service is what you will get for an amazing price. Ron and staff went out of their way to make certain this surprise event was pulled off flawlessly. Along with my multiple time schedule changes Ron made certain the flow worked seamlessly. After using A Star three times now, we can guarantee a forth, fifth and more will follow.
