In August, the team of Hit Your Mark Productions had the esteemed honor to work with This is Cleveland (Destination Cleveland) on the ASAE Leadership Conference Closing Night Party.
Hosted within the bars and clubs of the Forward Hospitality Group on the East Bank of the Flats in Cleveland, Ohio, this event, and its location was the perfect way to send the conference’s attendees home with a great impression of our great city.
Events like this truly take a village and it is important that we shine a spotlight on the amazing event professionals who made sure Cleveland was shown in its best light this night!

Two years ago, the team of Hit Your Mark Productions, LLC had the pleasure to produce a high-quality trade show event for the wine division of Euro USA Inc. inside Crawford Auto Aviation Museum of the historic Cleveland History Center, which highlighted 11-food vendors and 14-wine vendors. In May of 2024, our team was honored with the opportunity to execute their annual Euro USA Food Trade show, which showcased 71 vendors from their extensive portfolio.
Hosted within the ballroom of the beautifully renovated Holiday Inn Cleveland South, over 400 industry guests were treated aisle after aisle of some of delicious seafood, meat, cheese, desserts, spreads, and more.
To add to the vendor experience, Hit Your Mark Productions created a small production studio on-site to allow vendors the opportunity to create 30-second product commercials to highlight their company and the products they represent.

Supporting the Greater Cleveland Urban Film Festival kick off the opening day of the festival is an honor our team never takes for granted. The 2023 festival truly matched the organization’s theme of leveling up. Our team not only helped the client kick off their opening night film at the amazing Cleveland Metropolitan Conference Center, but also executed a director’s podcast, a podcast competition, and the opening night afterparty.
With the help of EGO Trip Media you will see the team of Hit Your Mark Productions, LLC execute a delicate dance of flipping multiple spaces throughout the day to execute these 4 signature events on behalf of our client. Events of this size cannot be done without amazing vendor partners to make the magic happen. Working alongside The Cleveland Video Company, Lo-Key Entertainment Services, Sausalito’s Catering, Sausalito on Ninth, and the amazing event team of the Cleveland Metropolitan Conference Center is why this event was so successful.

Hit Your Mark Productions BTS Karamu Second Line Fundraiser
We would like to start this post by saying there is truth in manifesting things to come into your life.
When Hit Your Mark Productions, LLCs was an unnamed idea on paper, the dream of this company was to have the concept of our company to reach the point of maturity to approach this institution and present ourselves as an event company that was ready to execute this event for them. That dream became a reality for us in August 2023 when Karamu House entrusted our company to execute this signature event. This client will never truly know how much them trusting us with this event meant to us.
6 months of planning to activate 3 different spaces, with 3-caterers (PearlFlower Catering, Gourmet Gent Catering, and Del's Catering) 3 different live entertainers, two stages powered by NPi Audio Visual Solutions, and tents and rentals from Lasting Impressions Event Rental all changed the morning of the event with the weather forecast. All event companies are ready to pivot for a rain plan, however, your rain plan becomes extremely tested when 2 of 4 outdoor tents flood and when one of those flooded tents fill with mud…twice

This event held at the stunningly remodeled Agora Theater & Ballroom and emceed by the ever-energetic Chris Sparky B Biller, treated guests to a performance of Dominick Farinacci's Modern Warrior Live, performances from past program graduates, and food from A Taste of Excellence Catering.
Saying yes to working with an organization who has 40 years of experience successfully helping people gain the tools they need to find a job, navigate life’s obstacles, and secure a path towards a long-term career as a no brainer for us.

Since 1953, this organization (formerly Young Audiences of Northeast Ohio) has served nearly 7 million students in 18 counties through arts education, and has reached even more through their advocacy efforts, professional development, and community programs.
