It was a garden party for Sarah and Calab's reception Sunday. Guests had a vast array of options like: Buffalo chicken meatballs, brisket sliders, pretzels with dip, cucumber and pimento cheese sandwiches, fruit salad, vegetable bites with dip, shrimp cocktail, and crepes! A little rain did not dampen this celebration....what a fun crowd!

This past weekend, we served a big birthday crowd in Chattanooga. Great music, lots of dancing, and their choice of hot ham and cheese, meatball sub, or Philly cheese steak. We also served macaroni salad and fruit salad. Thanks to the cotton family for asking us to cater.

Last night we fed the employees at Fireworks Supermarket. They chose from a selection of hot dog toppings, some traditional, some unique. Go support this great store and load up on fireworks for the 4th!

It is always fun to have a private sample of your menu. The best part is you get to make changes to make it perfect for your taste, like "Let's put the sauce on the side, and no cinnamon in the glaze." That's no problem when your caterer makes it from scratch!

It's definitely one of the most fun meals we have ever catered: pineapples filled with Cilantro Lime Rice, Grilled Teriyaki Chicken, and Roasted Zucchini; and a sculpted turtle filled with seasonal fruit. To make it extra special, it was for some very special friends. Thanks to the Gobbles for trusting us with your celebration!

Ella and Isaac are getting married tomorrow! Tonight they had a special dinner with family and friends at , where they ate from a selection of Italian favorites. They finished up with strawberry brownies kabobs. Thanks so much to this sweet family for asking us to cater. The Wagners and Currys are a fun crowd!

It was a beautiful day for a wedding at The Gray Dove yesterday. Perfectly Planned By Amy made every detail special from place settings to the cake table. Intimate events allow for extra touches like grilling on site and serving bistro filets and ribeye steaks.

Saturday Leslie and Christian were married in a beautiful outdoor ceremony. They celebrated with BBQ, macaroni and cheese, green beans, and Cole slaw. Guests also enjoyed Chilled Lavender Lemonade for a summer cool down. The family did such a beautiful job with table decor, and guests got to keep their glassware.

What a fun night serving a Hawaiian Luau themed dinner at the Alhambra Shriner's Potentate Ball 2024. The dinner was Kalua Pork, Teriyaki Chicken, Grilled Pineapple, Cilantro Lime Rice, Hawaiian Macaroni Salad, Tropical Cucumber Salad, Hawaiian Rolls, Fruit Skewers and Pina Colada Cake. This was such a fun night, serving great people! Thanks to Donna and Rick Simpson for entrusting us with the catering.
