Presenting guest artist Kristin Rogers

Catch As Catch Can

Kristin Rogers is an artist, writer, and curator based in the Cleveland area. His work(s) in these three disciplines appears in a variety of venues and contexts and his practice seeks to overlap and blur their characteristics—treating all three as coequal modes of invention and making.

Rogers specifically uses content as a point of departure and proceeds, with tactical improvisation, toward outcomes that are often curiously incomplete and purposefully incongruous.

Wild Muses featuring drawings and sculptures from Judith Brandon and John R. Native continues at Kenneth Paul Lesko Gallery!

Wild Muses showcases new and exciting work and a shifting of gears for both artists. Those who know Judith Brandon’s work are familiar with her powerful, epic landscapes, while those who know John Nativio’s work, are familiar with his haunting surrealist still-life and figurative paintings. Recently, each artist felt drawn toward nature, and the more intimate subject of individual animals; independently creating new, and very different bodies of work.
