This fresh and colorful salad is made with antibiotic-free Gerber's Amish chicken breast, crunchy carrots and green pepper, whole wheat orzo pasta, grape tomatoes, sweet and tangy pickled red onions, Kalamata olives, fresh parsley, Arcadian mixed greens, spinach, and romaine.
Our kitchen team makes the creamy yogurt vinaigrette from scratch with Stonyfield Organic Yogurt, tahini, fresh lemon juice, red wine vinegar, chickpeas, and fresh oregano.
Available gluten free without orzo. Vegetarian with chickpeas in place of chicken.

LunchOwl Deep Kale Massage
After tearing the kale leaves from the stem and washing, we give it a loving (but quite firm!) massage with extra virgin olive oil, fresh lemon juice, and a bit of kosher salt. The result is a tender and soft base for our power kale bowls.
