This is a big sale we have several post to help draw attention to items. You will need a lot of time to see everything here. There are 13 rooms FULL as well as a 3 car garage!

Part of this sale will feature a “pickers sale” which means you can dig through items, make a pile and we will all agree on a price.

At the end of the sale we will have an auction to clear out all remaining items. Remember, I’m a buyer too and you may see me bidding as well ☺️

We are getting close to just one week before the sale! It’s a big one and one room will be like Christmas in July… or August lol!

We are offering this 1980 Shay Model A replica car with just over 4k miles at our upcoming estate sale in Cleveland August 21-23!

We are offering it two ways. Presale and if not sold by then, it will be available at the sale. This is one item that can be purchased before the sale!

Condition: been sitting for a few years so will likely need a new battery and the like.

Woohoo! Just got the permit and approval from the ODWC to offer the following in the upcoming Cleveland Estate Sale!
Sale date is August 21-23 in Cleveland, Ok. Exact address will not be released until day before the sale for security reasons.

We are still busy setting up this big sale but wanted to share a few more pictures.

I also want to alert everyone about a couple changes that you will see starting with this sale.

First, whenever there is an auction at the end of a sale don’t be surprised if you see me bidding. I’m a buyer too and up until now I have refrained from buying lol.
(This sale will feature an auction at the end.)

Second, I will be extending the auction time to allow for more people to participate. It will still start on a Saturday evening and end on Sunday but not at 10am. The auction will now end at 6pm.

Still unsure of the date for the sale- ugh! Hang with me another week and then I should know for sure. Still shooting for a late August sale however.
