That’s right folks another delivery of BBQ Chicken, prepared like you would do it if everyone didn’t want to eat right away. Marinated at least 24 hours, boneless skin-0n cooked looooooow & slow over charcoal the old fashioned way. Served with Top Shelf’s homemade BBQ gravy. Smokey, moist, delicious!! Folks always ask us “ how do you make your chicken so moist and juicy?” Well, the short answer is PATIENCE. But the more complete answer is , we marinate our boneless SKIN-ON Chicken Breast for at least 48 hours in our homemade BBQ gravy , then we grill it low & slow over Charcoal until the skin is golden and the meat is sweet & tender. Today I’m speeding up this process just a bit considering it’s 14degrees out here! Brrrr. Listen to that sizzle hmmmm
