Folds of Honor 2024 🇺🇸

Our culinary team, in collaboration with our design department , designed a handful of custom stations for this incredible event.

This included flatbreads with local farm selections, hand cut fluke ceviche, seafood paella, grilled oysters, porchetta on a wood rotisserie, and much more. 🦞

honors the sacrifices made by military families and provides support for their futures in education and beyond. 💪 We’re proud to be a continued supporter in this mission.

While they may not be Chefs, our Warehouse team is an integral key to the catering operation. 🔑 We couldn't forget about everything that is made possible due to our strong Warehouse team. Let's hear it for Gianni and Tristan! Question: What is your inspiration? ✨ Gianni explained how his Nonna was a big point of inspiration for him. Some of his fondest memories include her home-cooked Sunday dinners for the family. "My parents never cooked much because they both worked, and we ate out a lot. That fueled me to eat healthy and cook for myself," Gianni explained. Gianni, Warehouse Manager, has worked in the foodservice industry his whole life after receiving his Bachelor's in Nutrition and Foodservice Management. From working in restaurants, catering, senior living, manufacturing and warehouses, he loves the liveliness of the industry and "seeing smiles on people's faces." Outside of work, he loves going on dinner dates with his wife and spending time with his two kids, who are also self-proclaimed foodies. "I love working with all the amazing people who really care about their jobs and the happiness of our clients." Thank you so much for being an important piece to the puzzle. 🧩 #ChefAppreciationWeek
