This week I have been really missing my Luci & Smokey because we would turn all the lights off and just have the Christmas 🎄 lights on an watch Tv and look at the lights 😊 but the last few days I would cry 😭 a lot for my Luci girl 🐶 and this evening my phone made this video and I have been crying 😭 for the last hour. Now if you don't like dogs or never been loved by one you will never understand and that's ok but the ones who have totally understand.Just missing my fur babies 😪 They were my favorite hello 👋🏾 and my hardest goodbye

When to Dr for yearly check up on how I’m doing on my lifestyle change “health journey” and she was like you know you have almost lost 100 pounds, I was WHAT 😦 because I still don’t see it. She was so very proud of me for not giving up due to I had several set backs.

She was like what’s your next goal…. I would love to loose another 30-60 pounds and I will get better at exercise 🏊.

To myself I’m proud of YOU! Keep pushing.

Me and the fur baby just chilling today, not feeling my best today have a head cold 🤧and baby boy 🐶”Chase” scared 😨 the mess out of me on Monday due to he had a seizure out of no where. He was in a dead sleep and heard a doorbell sound on a movie and woke up running full force to the door barking like crazy and the he came to me panting 😮‍💨 hard and I was rubbing him to calm him down then “all hell broke loose” he started shaking like crazy, did it again when Patrick got him and calm down again. Has had another since. But come to find out the food I have feeding him for years has been known to cause seizures so let’s just say he will NEVER have that food again. He has been doing well and back to himself. I have been watching him like a hawk.

So this will be us all weekend.
We both need to rest and feel better 😘

I was so honored & humble when ask to be on the panel for Maryland Notary Public Day Conference again this year 2024. Did not know if I was going to be into make but GOD my flight ✈️ was changed to a much earlier one due to the weather and I was able to make the conference.

This is a wonderful conference with so much information from my colleagues.
