What a wonderful weekend! Scruffy City Santa will be at Zoo Knoxville each Friday, Saturday & Sunday from 11 AM-2PM thru December 23rd. We will also be at the Skating Rink on Market Square Mall from 3-5 PM on December 8th & 15th. Both venues you make your own photos for free using your cell phone or camera.
