We Are Hiring! We are again needing to add a few more to our team to keep up with additional growth. Currently have spots open for mornings, mid day, and evenings. Saturdays and Sundays as well. Looking for strong kitchen experience as well as those that want to learn. Must have your own reliable transportation and a good driving record. Above average pay, 30+ hours each week available. Fast pace but low stress!

The picture doesn’t do it justice but today’s menu is something new. Smoked honey and habanero rubbed pork loin with a maple brown sugar and bourbon cream sauce! Paired up with wild rice and green beans. Going out to a wonderful business today to show their staff some love!

WE ARE HIRING!! We are looking to grow our team for the new year. Available to work from 6am until around 2pm Monday through Friday, some weekends as needed for large events. When you are on a 12 day, 3 meals a day, catering gig and these guys are flying around all day! It’s been such a great time getting to watch the young leaders of tomorrow, Sea Cadets training at Naval Air Station Joint Reserve Base Fort Worth. The new rig from TMG Pits has performed perfectly all week long helping me throw out some great meals for these young cadets.

Howdy folks! The time has finally come where I can introduce our BIG addition! It only seems fitting to show the video that the builders made for their site since they are the artists and professionals behind this beautiful trailer!

When I started up this venture I had a plan to provide another option for high quality catering for events of all sizes and the Big Country has certainly embraced us and made us feel the love! From weddings to corporate events to business retreats, we have done it all and now with this addition we can finally offer up more options for even higher quality, extremely fresh, catered meals! Imagine your guests showing up to see this rig cooking your meal right in front of them, just as fresh as if they were sitting next to their own backyard grill.

I understand that you have a large selection for catering out there but hope that when you want your guests to have a truly memorable experience, you will think of us, and the available packages that offer the freshest high quality meals. With everything needed to provide high quality meals on a mobile kitchen, our service area just expanded to anywhere with a road leading to it! Have party, will travel!

Another wonderful wedding in the books for us last night. Started out with one of our pretzel bar options during the cocktail hour then our highly requested premium fajita dinner for the main course. Just a quick warning to folks out there, especially small business. I just received a notification that claims to have come from Facebook stating that my page has violated some rules and asking me to click the link to check the infraction and file an appeal. Looks legit and my initial reaction was to take a look. Luckily I've had enough coffee to be thinking clearly. This is certainly a scam. If you get a message like this, do some checking before clicking on anything. Hopefully we can keep them from getting access to our stuff.
