SUNDAY August 18th, BBQ Dinner Pick-Up Time 11 a.m. - 1 p.m. at the Clymer Conservation Club Drive Through!!

Donation $15, Dinner includes, 1/2 chicken, beans, mac salad, bread and 2 chocolate chip cookies for dessert. It's a good cause, it's a good deal and it's a GOOD MEAL!

We have had many "compliments" from BBQ's past! Good sauce, delicious beans, wonderful homemade bread, the chicken was cooked to perfection, loved the curb-side pick-up, organized and well planned! Can't beat the price!

Spice up your summer BBQ! Beef raffle tickets are currently available for purchase. To buy tickets, call Lydia at (716) 969-5069! ($10 Donation)

This raffle will support the Clymer Conservation Club. The prize is a quarter of Angus Beef, which is hormone and antibiotic-free. The beef is of high quality, raised on a diet of only the best forage and grain. You can expect approximately 110 pounds of beef, including 40 pounds of ground beef and 60-70 pounds of various steaks, roasts, and stew meat.

The beef has been locally raised by Willink Farms LLC in Clymer, NY.

This prize holds a value of $650. The winner will be drawn on August 5th, 2024, and will be notified by telephone.

Graduations have come and gone... but CLASS REUNIONS are now IN SEASON.

Restaurants are nice venues but after dinner, guests tend to say goodbye and head their separate ways. Many regret not mingling longer to visit and catch up with old acquaintances because they ran out of time or didn't sit together.

The CCC is a nice environment in a relaxed setting that allows guests to socialize with old friends and classmates. The venue is affordable ($250 + Security Deposit), conveniently located, and will comfortably accommodate a group of 100. There is plenty of off-road parking, and a nice kitchen for the "do it yourself" host or caterer.

Your evening may begin with a cocktail hour and hors-d'oeuvres, followed by a short program or roll-call! Dinner may be a catered affair, buffet, sit-down dinner, picnic, take-out pizza & salad, or all guests would be invited to bring a dish to share. Perhaps each guest is responsible for dinner elsewhere and you gather for dessert and coffee. The options are unlimited and up to you. The decorations can be simple or elaborate depending on your personal taste.
