Rain, rain, go away!

Scattered showers for an outside wedding is a coordinators nightmare. Yesterday, I teamed up with Weymouth Hills and we pulled off a miracle. There were so many uncertainties and last minute decisions; I cannot thank all the vendors enough for their teamwork.

MEGA vendor shout out from tonight’s wedding. I’ve worked with BRAVO Live DJ for 10+ years and it’s always top notch. Tonight DJ Trey and DJ Jordan proved why they are the best of the best. With pop up showers causing last minute multiple tear downs and set ups, they rolled with it and still kept the party moving. Thank you so much for putting in the work to make our Bride & Groom happy!

Newest Taylor’d Weddings Couple Spotlight!

Bishop Nash and Alexis Wright met by fate at a friend's wedding in Cincinnati in the fall of 2019. The early days of COVID-19 proved oddly beneficial, allowing Alexis, a New Jersey native living in North Carolina at the time, to complete law school remotely from Bishop's home in West Virginia. After graduating with her J.D. from Wake Forest University in the spring of 2020 and a summer together, the two were apart as Alexis completed a yearlong clerkship in New Jersey while Bishop remained in West Virginia. After thousands of miles of back-and-forth by car, plane and even train, Alexis finally returned to West Virginia in the fall of 2021, and the two were engaged that November. Alexis is now an attorney in downtown Huntington, and Bishop is a financial advisor at StrongTower Investments in his native Ona. The two are set to be married May 6, 2023.

ATTN Brides: please hear me when I say, I love a charcuterie board as much as the next gal but they are a nightmare for any wedding larger than 20 people. Best have one at your bridal shower!
