We are thankful (today and everyday) for every person who has supported our BBQ business!! Whether it be by using us for your own event, stopping by our food booth to get a sandwich or even just liking/sharing our post to get the word out. We had a very successful 1st couple months of being open, thanks to you all. We only have a few more cooks in the book this year but you better be ready for some Top of the Line BBQ next year, we've got big things coming! Happy Thanksgiving y'all!

We had a big order go out this morning for a family reunion. I didn't get pictures of the baked beans or green beans but would you just look at this brisket and pulled chicken! Yum!

We didn't have any orders scheduled for this weekend so Jimmy smoked a rack of ribs for our dinner. They are delicious and the meat literally falls off the bone! (Look how clean those bones are.)
