Hi friends! I have a really exciting announcement!
Last we spoke, I was stepping back from Melon’s online presence and weekly meal prep offerings to rework and refine what I truly want for this business. In that time, I’ve earned my Personal Training Certification and a Nutrition Coaching Certification through the National Academy of Sports Medicine—which feels like a huge step in the right direction!
But before I start coaching others, I’ve decided to train myself first. I’ve built a six-month training program to help me reach my own fitness and nutrition goals, and I’ll be documenting every step of the process. My primary focus is building strength, developing muscle, and refining my nutrition strategy. No fluff, no perfection—just the real process, challenges, and lessons as they happen. My main and mighty goal however is to build the credibility (and confidence) to train and coach others to reach their goals.
I’m already consistent in the gym, and like to think I eat well, but I’m nowhere near where I want to be. So, I put a plan in place—and now it’s time to follow through.
