Cornish Game hen with cornbread, bacon and fresh herb stuffing AND Smoked beef brisket with orange and triple sec glaze
Acorn squash stuffed with wild rice pilaf
Honey and balsamic glazed carrots
Buttery mashed potatoes

Hello my friends! We are doing lovely box lunches for a very reasonable price: $15 for sandwich of choice, fresh garden or specialty salad, fresh fruit and an amazing dessert choice. Do you know anyone who wants something like that?

Part time duties depending on the number of orders for that week. We can give a schedule but also have some jobs that come up with only 24 hour notice that we could also offer if desired. Must have a good eye for detail, good knife skills, some knowledge of sauces and cooking proteins. Also you will be asked to maintain the kitchen on a weekly basis, putting away orders and general cleaning.

Yes we are open New Year's Eve for a lovely four course dinner. Our menu is:


Appetizers:
Balsamic brie, basil and fresh strawberry slices in endive, with puff pastry straws rolled in candied nuts
Black and White Ahi, sesame crusted and seared, served with our special sides
Chicken Florentine Pinwheels with almond stuffed dates and grapes
Soup or Salad:
House Salad or Lemon Cream Soup with fresh herb garnish and orange rolls
Entrée:
Chicken Cordon Bleu stuffed with Parma ham, and Gruyere Cheese, breaded and baked, Dijon cream sauce
Pork Shank Osso Bucco, braised in white wine and served in our special sauce
Eggplant parmesan; Lasagna- style, house made marinara with garlic bread and dipping sauce
Beef Wellington wrapped in puff pastry with wild mushroom duxelles and prosciutto
Dessert:
Dessert Sampler-Cheesecake petit fours, Cream puffs filled with raspberry whipped cream, Chocolate pistachios and mint truffles, Dark Chocolate dipped strawberries

Black Stallion Winery is located in the Oak Knoll District, a grape growing region in the southern half of the Napa Valley. The name Black Stallion pays homage to the rich history of the 32 acre estate which was once home to the Silverado Horseman’s' Center. Their wines are crafted in small case lots, and this wine tasting features four of their best sellers. We have paired each wine with unique tapas, crafted to reflect or contrast the underlying flavor profiles of each wine.
