It is with regret that we are sharing this years prom will be POSTPONED! We are hoping for a later date this year, or fresh start next year! We were so excited to share the fun and expand our ideas. But this will also allow us to maximize the experience to the fullest degree!

For those who did purchase tickets thank you for your support, you will see a refund of the full amount to your original method of payment. If you don’t see the refund for some reason it did say there is a 2-3 business day posting time that has to be reversed.

Thank you all, and please stay tuned! We have our giveaway winners saved, and as long as we can provide this service in the future we will honor those giveaways!

We have our city’s best interest, and we are going to attempt to fulfill as many people’s requests as we can!

PROM WILL GO ON! However, if we cannot reach a certain level of interest or security, we will HAVE to postpone the event. Please remember this is built from scratch. From the food served, to the location, to the decor, and everything in between! We have to have a potential number of attendees for catering, giveaway, and service purposes!
June 1st will be the deadline to see if we can host the event! As much as we’d love to give people more time, we can’t change our venue, or services to accommodate!

The theme is changing as we want to be as original as possible. Sooooo Midnight Dreams will be the theme! We will still be offering the adult setting, and this theme offers Cinderella Vibes with a Charismatic Twist!

We will keep the menu the same, and the decor will be similar! We will share dress attire, ideas, and tips that will help aide in sticking with the theme!

Please understand that this decision is hard to make, and if we have to postpone refunds will be made in the original transaction form!

As the sole host this year, and the original host of this event please reach out if you have questions or concerns!

With almost a month away from our event, we have had a severe lack of interest this year, as well as other businesses hosting similar themed events, we have decided to step back and reevaluate the potential for this years prom. As much as we hate to do that, when planning this event, it requires numbers and lots of support as we build the event from scratch, where other entities have the necessary tools for success, we are trying our best to offer what we can successfully.

We will share our determination Friday, May 19th, 2023 as to whether or not we will postpone prom this year. The theme will be changing if we choose to continue this year, due to another Masquerade being held shortly after our scheduled date.

Thank you to everyone who has shown interest and supported us since the idea began. We will be back forsure if we have to postpone this year! Don’t count us out! Thanks again everyone, CAP!

Thats right, registration and ticket purchase are ready and available starting today!

There will be a two step process for ticket purchase! You must fill out the registration form FIRST, and at the bottom of the page there is a link that you will use to complete your ticket purchase!

Hello Fans and Friends, we are super excited to announce our first new partnership of 2023! We have the pleasure of joining the Holiday Inn Express and offering a package deal this year, along with new packages and ticket options you won't want to miss!

We will be sharing details over the next few days, that will inform everyone of when tickets will be available for purchase, as well as detailed instructions on how to purchase tickets and what packages are available!

We will have a limited number of Hotel & VIP packages available so you will want to reach out to us as soon as ticket sales open up!

Remember our first 100 tickets purchased will be offered a complimentary drink of choice, and EVERYONE who purchases tickets will be entered for giveaways throughout the night!

Friends! We had a blast this past summer, and now that we’ve made it through the first one, what do you say we have another?

Another shoutout/thank you! This year as we plan to use local services each year, and hope to bring business to some of our local businesses, we catered with Gigi’s Burger Bar to bring some delicious food to our event, along with catering our food, they also donated a gift card for a dinner to the winner! We like to challenge our vendors, and this year we challenged them to go off menu and create a meal that would be fitting for the theme! They nailed it and provided great service along with the food!

Working with them was a blast, and they can cater big or small groups for any occasion! They jumped at the opportunity to serve the community and we were grateful to have them!

They are open Monday-Friday from 11:00am-9:00pm.
Saturday they are open from 4:00pm-9:00pm!
The burger specials, the bar, and the staff are just some of the benefits of stopping in! They also have steak night, and you can always catch what's next on their page!

We hope to support them in the future as they support us, thank you Gigi's for an amazing year! Check them out!

You thought we were done with donations???? Not a chance! Life just gets in the way sometimes and you have to deal with that first!

Our next spotlight is on Thenutritionhub.ks! From the basic menu, to the special menu(made up by the customers), to the opportunity to come in and make your own shake or tea, YOU CANT GO WRONG!
Need a pickup, they have it, like the flavors, they have it, don’t feel like eating, sub for a shake!!! Don’t limit yourself, they offer to go teas in powder for yourself if you’re not ready to drink them now, and the stackers which are my favorite item start at 5 for $25! (5 prepackaged teas ready to add ice and water, and enjoy!)

Next up, South Coffeyville this one’s for you! And our out of town friends that joined us, majority of you passed this little hotspot on the way into town!!! If you haven’t stopped into The Reef Nutrition, you’re missing out!
With a wave of nutritional shakes and teas, a little oceanic vibe, and the perfect names, you may find something that makes you close your eyes and feel as if your visiting the coral reef!
The ladies in here are awesome at helping you find your fix, especially if you’ve never been in, whether it be a shake or tea, tell them your favorite flavors and let them do their magic!

Our next thank you/ shoutout is one of my personal favorites! In 2019 this little staple came in and took off!
Terebinth Coffee House and Roastery!
Don’t let the coffee name deter you, they offer many more things!
Did you know they serve breakfast items, lunch sandwiches, desserts, treats, and a grab and go with fresh salads! Not just your basic salad either!
Did I mention soup from scratch in the winter?
They have premium coffee that they grind and press right before making your drink, drip coffee, and sodas and smoothies! I could keep going on what a refreshing change it is to have this as a meal option in town!

Since day one Matt & Madison made me feel like I had known them forever, and when I reached out about support, Matt’s response was “What do you need me to do?”! Thank you Terebinth for your support, we hope to support you as you support us in the coming years!
