We had such a fun time catering the Atwater Ambulance and Fire Gala. Great people! Theme was The Grand Ole Opry. Menu this year 2025 was a Charcuterie board (the guitar was made by Greg of the Atwater Ambulance) on a guitar for the Appetizer. Plated Dinner was green salad and bread, Our signature Ribs and Oven Fried Chicken. Cowboy Beans, and baby reds with a hint of lemon. Dessert was Peach Cobbler and vanilla ice cream.
