“I want women to have their cup filled, hopes renewed and spirits lifted by speakers who are ready to offer them encouragement, uplifting words to remind them that they are strong and courageous, day in and day out. That they aren’t alone in any of these big emotions we feel and that they matter.”

As we face a week with so many unknowns and honestly for many of us fears... I continue to cling to the fact that God has seen this these days and that he MADE ME FOR THIS TIME.

Something that Kayla the Christian Life Coach and I talk about often. I am forever thankful she was placed in my life to remind me of such truthful things when my eyes and ears want to wonder and listen to worldy people and things that cause my anxiety to rise.

I pray that each of you cling to truth this week. And do not allow your feelings to minimize the facts we do know!

When I let Layton attend .courage this year in February I had no idea what sort of experience she would have. To my surprise at only 8 years old she got out of the Conference every bit as much as the woman sitting next to her.

I saw her be brave. She wrote things that were hard in her workbook. Things she wanted to do better at. She wanted to pray for people. She stood up in front of hundreds of women to speak. That little hand of hers was rose everytime there was an opportunity to speak.

It changed us both. I am so happy that I was able to see what it did for her in order to offer this bundle to other Moms. A woman I very much so look up to told me this is my legacy I am leaving for her. And it hit me how important and vital getting her there every year is.

Esthers Circle is going to be so life changing for these young ladies. has worked hard and prayed over this workshop, to plant seeds of what matters and who their worth is found in. What a gift to teach our kids to turn to God when things are hard and not the world.

This ticket bundle is for girls aging 8-18, and their Mom (YOU) to come enjoy the gift of time and a weekend getaway.

PS: If this is for a Birthday or Christmas surprise, the swag bag they get is pretty stinking amazing so dont worry if you wanted to get them a gift too, I covered that for you!

Cannot wait to see this group of girls in this room next year and to watch them grow. ❤

My life is marked by multiple instances when, in moments of confusion, I looked first for direction from friends, mentors, books, podcasts, and my personal preferences.

While none of those things are inherently bad, they weren’t made to be my primary guide.

It can’t be overstated. Seeking God first is the single-most important action I have ever taken in my life.

Candidly, I don’t always seek Him first. But I am working toward the habit of God-First living.

That’s what Jesus guides us toward: God-First living.

“But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well” (Matthew 6:33).

So what are “all these things” that Jesus refers to above?

Well, “all these things” … are ALL The Things. “All these things” include what you’re going to eat, drink, and wear. “All these things” include the things you need to make it through another day. “All these things” include whatever struggle you’re thinking about now – the one that has you wanting to first seek the advice of Google or your best friend. It’s fine to check with experts and loved ones. It’s fine to learn something new on the pages of a great book.

But, Jesus says to seek God first.

Let’s try that this week. I’m in. You with me?

For whatever struggle, decision, conflict, heartache, uncertainty, or disappointment we face, let’s see what happens when we seek God first.

Seeking God first doesn’t mean all our troubles will disappear. But it does mean that we will be granted peace, wisdom, and strength.

And I could use all the peace, wisdom, and strength I can get, ... to help me navigate “all these things.”

Seen on IG & such true words they are!

Loving the idea of re framing this into .courage sometimes doing the hard stuff doesn't make sense or fit in everyones life. Dare to be different. Wasnt that a slogan from highschoo? Maybe just me ha ha. But I am so leaning into not being afraid of being the weird girl thats speaking truth!

Have an amazing week friends.
Whats something you are looking forward to this week??

This weeks speaker highlight is Kayla the Christian Life Coach not only is she your 2025 Conference EMCEE, she is leading the way for the young girls and ladies heading into .courage with their Mommas. She is my best friend and I am honored to have her along!

Kayla Josefiak is a Certified Christian Mental Health and Life Coach who utilizes Biblical scripture and positive habit change to coach her clients all over the world. Raised in agriculture, Kayla found inspiration in her family's cattle ranch and continues to be inspired by her life on the farm now. Despite initially pursuing a teaching career, she has since embraced farm wife life; putting God, her husband, her kids, and the farm before anything else. She can often be found at her kids’ sporting events, in the cattle barn, or working out when she’s not coaching.

Esthers Circle.

I have had a dream to offer a Mini Cultivating Courage to get girls gathered in community to offer them the same things we try to do every year at the Conference in Colby. She had a dream to offer young girls a way to turn to God when life gets hard and to find their worth only in him after seeing her daughter struggle in school in a few ways this year.

Combined our drive to get girls their faith sooner rather than later. Its here! We would love to see you consider attending the conference for yourself, and bringing your 8-18 year along with you for the workshop and weekend away. Tickets for you and/or your daughter are linked below!

The dirt is hanging so bad (even once completely stopped it hangs for a mile) in this drought, with harvest started everyone please be safe and have some patience with one another. With more truck and equipment traffic, understand we all have places to be and people to get home to each night. Slow down and look more than once at those intersections. 🤍 Prayers for a safe harvest for all.
