Important announcement to our customers‼️

This past week we secured a very large contract that is going to keep us extremely busy through April and May. So we unfortunately have to bring the storefront to a close once again. We need to use this week to organize and prepare for not only the contract season but our wedding season as well. We wish it wasn’t such short notice but unfortunately we don’t know when we will be awarded for these contracts until it they reach out to us.

We want to thank everyone for an excellent last few months. The support is incredible and we are so happy to be able to share our food with the community. We really wish we could do the store year round as well as the catering but unfortunately our building doesn’t give us the space or capability to do both at once. The hope is to be able to do breakfast year round as well as the catering, and we are working diligently towards that goal.

If you are in the neighborhood and would like to place a large order of scones, donuts, sandwiches, burritos just give us a call or shoot us an email and we will take care of it. We will do our best to fulfill these bulk orders with 48-72 hours notice. We want everyone to feel like you can still have that option available even if we are not doing the full time storefront. Again thanks to everyone for the support and we are sad to say goodbye. Hopefully we will see you again this summer when we do our snack bar pop ups!

We will be closing early today due to the weather. You can still place breakfast and lunch orders until 3PM today. Things have been a bit slow, as to be expected, and we want to make sure our staff gets home safe. We hope everyone stays safe and warm at home on this snowy day! See you all tomorrow!

Good morning! We have a fresh new scone for this week, we call it our Breakfast Scone! It has sausage, mozzarella cheese, chives and green chile, a super savory bite to start your day. We do have a large lunch order going out at 11am today so please plan accordingly if you need lunch around that time it might take us a bit longer to get to your order.

Hello everyone we just wanted to let you know we will be back open Friday-Sunday of this week. We had a couple last minute tastings that we had scheduled for this week which is why we haven’t been open the past couple days. Wedding season is right around the corner so these tastings are very important for future events. We appreciate you all being understanding and supportive of us, we understand our hours and days may not always be conventional. But we will continue to find better ways to let our customers know what’s going on as we continue to find our balance between catering and the storefront.

We want to thank everyone for another fantastic Saturday! Today was the return of the breakfast burrito that’s for sure. We will be back open tomorrow from 8am to 3pm for St. Patrick’s Day. We will have holiday themed sugar cookies and donuts as well as a Corned Beef and Cabbage sandwiches! Stop on by and check us out!

Hello Everyone! We are back open doing our retail sales Friday-Sunday of this week! We apologize for the delay in not having our breakfast and lunch available, we had an incredibly busy contract we completed last week and we needed the time to tidy the space back up and re prep everything for service. We fed over 1500 hungry soldiers from last Thursday to Sunday! We are happy to be back to see our regulars and make our delicious sammies. Stop on by and grab your favorites!

Hello everyone! We are CLOSED for this week as we have a contract we are completing from the 7th through the 10th. We would love to run the store and do the contract simultaneously however there are just too many people to cook for. We will be back open next week for our regular days and hours. And we will be back with some changes and additions to the menu! Thank you for understanding and we look forward to being back next week!

Good morning everyone, we wanted to give some updates on our hours for the first week of March! We will be closed from March 6th through the 10th as we will be completing a contract for one of the local Army Bases. We will also be closed today as we have a last minute private event that we have taken on. For the remainder of March as well as through April we will be adjusting our hours slightly from 8-5 to 8-4! This just cuts down on some of the slower times so we can focus on the primary hours of when we see the most orders. We hope to have more changes and additions to the menu once we return after our contract.

We want to extend a huge thank you to our local customers in Colchester but also to all of the new customers we have been getting in the Burlington and other surrounding areas! We are so happy to see our food is starting to expand and reach new people and new places. Thank you for spreading the word and continue to support our small business we appreciate it more than anything!

We have some fun new options at the store this weekend including some new donut flavors and you can now get croissants as an option for breakfast sandwiches! We are also introducing a new aioli to our menu - a carmelized onion aioli! You will see these new options on our online menus and we will let walk ins know of the new options. Hope to see a bunch of you today, last Saturday was incredible and we hope to have a similar turnout today!

We have our delicious scones available everyday! And we change out our donut flavor every couple of days. Today’s flavor is vanilla cake with a raspberry frosting, best thing is our donuts are Gluten Free! But you wouldn’t be able to tell 😉 Stop on by and grab something delicious!

We are excited to bring you some fun and exciting goodies for Valentines Day tomorrow! We will have chocolate covered strawberry donuts (chocolate donut with strawberry frosting with fresh strawberry chunks). We will also have pink and red raspberry frosted sugar cookies. We will have boxes available if people would like bulk orders as well, we will have enough to do half dozens and full dozens! Good morning guys! We wanted to give you all a little update on our hours this weekend. We will be CLOSED for Super Bowl Sunday. We have a couple of large orders for Sunday and we unfortunately can’t do both. We will continue to do our best to keep the storefront open while also completing our catering orders!
