Now that things have settled down a bit from the weekend, we'd like to thank everyone who came out and made our 6th Annual Swamp Shootout a success! It's always going to be a great time when we get to parter with the Carrolls and their team at Triple-X Motorsports & Outdoors - Rekjavic###! If you weren't able to make it, don't forget that we're open every weekend for riding, camping and enjoying central Louisiana's best spot for outdoor fun!

⚠️PLOT TWIST⚠️
Saturday we’ll run the Bounty Hole in the opposite direction from ordinary Start/Finish orientation.
ATV and SxS will run the same pit prior to trucks.
Drivers Meeting for all participants will take place at 10:30AM.
ATV’s will race at 11AM, with SxS immediately thereafter, followed by Trucks.

Our new friends from Ukraine are here to spend Swamp Shooutout with us and showing this bad boy off - they plan to conquer the bog! Sherp is the ultimate all terrain vehicle and is used for all sorts of tasks - search and rescues in the hardest to reach places, mining operations, oil and gas exploration, you name it.

SWAMP SHOOTOUT 2023 RULES & AGENDA:

Turner Cycles ATV/SxS/Truck Drags
Time: 6:00PM Friday
Driver’s Meeting: 5:30PM Friday
Location: Back Drag Strip
$30 entry fee
• Drivers must be entered and present at drivers meeting
• Helmets highly recommended
• All drivers will be staged at starting line
• Heads Up style racing. One false start allowed per driver. Second instance will result in race DQ.
• Driver must keep their vehicle within boundaries or they will be disqualified
• Running order will be drawn and paired at drivers meeting.
• Winner of each bracket will advance to the following round. Finals will determine overall winner.
• $1,000 up for grabs, plus 100% payback per class.
• Trophy

Super ATV SxS/ATV Bounty Hole
Time: 11AM Saturday
Driver’s Meeting: 10:30AM Saturday
Location: Traditional Truck Bounty Hole location near rear of the park
• Helmets recommended
• Passenger allowed. Pushing is allowed. Passenger must cross finish line with Driver.
• Each run will be timed. If more than one driver successfully pulls the pit, the winner will be decided by the fastest time.
• Running order will be given at driver’s meeting.
• Driver must keep his vehicle within boundaries. If vehicle breaks boundary, the driver will be disqualified.
• 5 minute time limit
• $1,000 up for grabs
• Trophy

Truck Bounty Hole
Time: 11AM Saturday immediately following ATV/SxS Bounty Hole
Driver’s Meeting: 10:30AM Saturday
Location: Traditional Bounty Hole location near rear of the park
$50.00 entry fee
1st Place - $1,000
2nd Place - 100% payback
• 20 truck limit. Sign-up will be First come, First serve
• Drivers must be entered and present at drivers meeting and entry paid
• All trucks will start at the starting Line, No running start.
• 1 back up allowed while truck is in pit. More than one reverse, driver will be disqualified.
• Driver must keep his truck in the flagged off boundaries. If truck breaks boundary the truck and driver will be disqualified.
• Driver must be present and show where he or she would like the pull cable attached to their truck and the truck must have adequate pull point.
• Each run will be timed. If more than one driver/truck successfully pulls the pit, the winner will be decided by the fastest time.
• Running order will be given at driver’s meeting.
• 1st position has the option to run again last, if they choose.
• Driver will have 3 mins to have his truck at starting line. Driver will not be able to run if they are not present and at starting line and will be disqualified.
• Once truck crosses starting line your time will start.
• 7 minute time limit per truck, contingent upon forward progress.
• Trophy

Monster Rigging Offroad Tug of War
Time: 8PM Saturday or immediately following Bull Riding
Driver’s Meeting: 15 minutes prior
Location: Front Tug Pad
No entry fee
- 1 ton class – Monster Rigging Prize Pack
- 2 1/2 ton class – Monster Rigging Prize Pack
- 5 ton class – Monster Rigging Prize Pack
• Must have hookup point
• Any single or double axle
• Maximum of 4 passengers
• 2 out of 3 wins the match – Elimination style
• Offroad tires only. No slicks
• $1,000 up for grabs
• Trophy
