Field to table. This is part of my daughter’s javelina she shot last month. We mixed with bacon ends and made chorizo. Not the best chorizo, but good enough and I thoroughly enjoyed the entire process.

This weekend we took part in the Greater Brazos Valley Builders Association cook off as part of the Hart Lawncare & Irrigation team. We weren’t the most organized but took first overall with first place in dessert and chicken and third place in brisket.
Very proud and humbled with our results and want to send a special thank you to Justin Hart and the Hart Lawncare team for allowing us to be a small part of this event.

We love this Apple Breakfast Bread. The loaf never makes it a full day in our house. It is super easy and a great way to use up your softer apples.
