We bout to do some thangs!!

Finally got everything cleared out of our new building. Now we are just waiting for permits from the city to get started building out the brewery, bakery, restaurant and bar. We are so excited to share the finished product of the vision that's been in our head for so long with you all.

*Look at that giant oven Laura is walking by. and The Wild Garlic TX are about to change the bread and pastry game in town.*

We are beyond honored to have received awards this year for Best of the Brazos . Chef Tanner and everyone at the Wild Garlic work so hard and are passionate about what they do!! This year we took home best food truck! Not only that but our own took home best chef!!!! We are so excited! Thank you so much! We love this community we are in! congrats to all the winners! We’re just getting started!

Big things are on the horizon!! We will be pausing operations for the time being and yes that sucks! BUT we are doing this so we can take some time to make some needed updates and work on the wood oven. We are also beginning our transition to our brick and mortar location and that we are VERY EXCITED for!! We can’t for what’s to come with The Wild Garlic and our friends at !! Stay tuned for menu sneak peaks and updates.
