🌸We are SO excited to announce that ColleyFlower Farm is back for the 2024 season!🌸 Farm fresh flowers will be blooming soon, grown right here on our property in Colleyville, Texas! We cannot wait to share them with you.
We are still working out our plan for this year, and we will send updates as soon as we have specifics! We love our flower community! 💗

We have so many beautiful spring things growing this year, and we’re so sorry that we cannot put out the flower cart at this time. We absolutely LOVE spreading joy with flowers in our hometown, don’t get us wrong! After some tough times this year though, we just need to focus on and enjoy other areas of our life right now. We love our flower friends, and thank you for all of your support and understanding! 💖🌸💖

These scrumptious-looking Ranunculus are finally blooming! I just adore them. They are one of the most stunning bouquet blooms, and the vase life is tremendous. They’re a little bit of work to grow, but SO worth it!

💜🌱Beauty on the Horizon!🌱💜Who feels Spring in the air? We’re in for a little bit more wintry weather, but this anemone sure thinks it’s Spring! Get ready!

2022 has brought many unexpected events for us (outside of our business), and circumstances have led us to simplify our lives and our business this year. We are so thrilled to be fulfilling our Spring Boundless Bouquet subscriptions coming up soon, and we are excited for our little farm Flower Cart to return to the roadside this spring! However, we will likely refrain from taking preorders and custom orders this year. We are so grateful for everyone’s loving support! 💖

🌷Planted the last batch of our spring bulbs in the ground a few days ago!🌷 We definitely didn’t plan to wait this long, but life happens! Plus, the weather was so warm up until this point! We are so excited for new varieties of daffodils and tulips this year, along with a couple of beautiful allium varieties for some late spring bouquet sparkle! ✨✨

🌱Flower Farmer Reality Check🌱: Well, we DID have many healthy, vibrant hardy annuals growing, such as the Strawflower, Scabiosa, and Statice in these pre-freeze photos, but it turns out that quite a few of them were damaged or completely killed during the first hard freeze! We prepared just as well as we did for Snowmageddon last year, but we faired far worse this year. We believe it may be due to the lack of snow this year that protected and insulated the frost cloth-covered plants last year. The bitter and whipping winds this year may have compromised our frost cloth protection! If anyone had a similar experience, I’d love to hear your thoughts!

Our Dear Customers, DO NOT FRET! We will still have plenty of beautiful flowers and will continue to sow new seeds! We have not even planted all of our spring seeds or any of our summer seeds/bulbs yet, so there is much to look forward to!

My beautiful Bells of Ireland babies are growing up! 🌱 It’s so exciting when such a stunning component for bouquets can be easily direct-seeded into the ground in the fall without the fuss of seed trays, soil blocking, grow lights, hardening off, and the like! Can I get an “Amen”?!?🌱

For a little teaser, nature decided to grace us with some random yet lovely Anemone buds this week! This is my first year growing Anemones, and I didn’t plant too many, in case I totally failed, haha. I just hope they’ll save some blooms for our upcoming beautiful, farm fresh spring bouquets!
