Pick up is Wednesday February 5th between noon and 6 pm at 128 Highway 72 (behind Captain John’s BBQ).

To place your order, simply comment on this post on our Simply Done page with your order and approximate pick up time (between noon and 6). When you get here just call us 📞 901-457-7781 or text and let us know you’re here. We’ll bring your order right out.

To get to our new location take 72 south from Poplar Ave. past Center Street. Turn into the center between Captain John’s BBQ and Wilkinson Liquor Store. Drive straight back and you’ll see our signs.

Here”s what we’re cooking for you. Pick up is Wednesday December 4th from noon to 6:00. Our pick up location is 128 Highway 72 (behind Captain John’s BBQ in the Connection Marketplace).

Here’s how to get to our new location:
From Collierville Town Square take Center Street to Hwy 72. Turn left at the light. Enter the center between Captain John’s and Wilkinsons Liquor. Drive all the way to the back (next to State Farm). You will see our sign on the door and we will have signs designating pick up parking. Just pull up there, call us as usual 📞 901-457-7781 or you can text the same number (cell phone reception in this building is not great!)and we will bring your order right out.

The Collierville Farmers Market did not disappoint this week. There were still some delicious tomatoes available. Fresh, farm raised chicken, fresh eggs, homemade sweet pickles (like my grandmother used to make) and arugula (that I dressed with a little brine from the pickles and olive oil) all came from the market and made the perfect ingredients for today’s lunch. The only thing on this plate that didn’t come from the market was the olive oil and Mayo (Duke’s, of course). Next week is the last week of the market this year. Make sure to get out there!!

I realize it’s warm again, but I’m still excited about Fall coming! Dinner tonight was stuffed acorn squash from The Collierville Farmers’ Market stuffed with ground turkey, apples, thyme, onions and wild rice drizzled with maple balsamic from Bazaar. Looking for wedding/event decor, linens, tables, chairs, etc? We have to be out of this building by August 31st. So, we’re having a three day sale to reduce the amount we have to move. We’ve spent the last 13 years in this building and have so much stuff!! Sale will be Thursday August 29th 12-6, Friday August 30th 9-2 and Saturday August 31st from 7-12. It is with a heavy heart, we need to let you know that Simply Done will not be able to continue operating out of the little church on Walnut Street. As of August 31, our 13 years there will come to an end due to circumstances beyond our control.

HOWEVER, we will ABSOLUTELY continue our catering services and our weekly meal pick up (we will put out info on meal pick up location and instructions soon). We will just no longer have a venue. We will be more than happy to help you find the perfect spot for your party and, of course, provide delicious fare for all your special events.

It has been such an honor to share in the special moments of so many of your lives with bridal showers, baby showers, weddings, rehearsal dinners, birthday parties, bridesmaids events, graduation parties and so much more! We have so many fond memories there and we know many of you do as well.

God has, and will continue to, bless our family and our business in this amazing town and we have no doubts whatsoever that He will continue to do so. Again, we will continue our catering services and will continue to create fabulous food and beautiful events for you.

It’s Collierville Farmers Market Day!! I had a few events today so I was literally only able to run by for a few minutes right before the closed, but still found some delicious ingredients. For dinner tonight, we enjoyed grilled peaches a burrata with fresh basil from our back yard, drizzled with ginger honey from Rhodes Farms and sprinkled with pistachios. We also had grilled Red Snapper from Paradise Seafood with Peach Salsa. Soooo good!!
