A popular question I get is, “can we provide a playlist of songs we like and want to hear?” And the answer is always, absolutely!

If providing an extensive list, I always like to make sure if possible, it is provided 10 days out from the day of the event. This is when I sit down, go through all my notes during our meetings, email exchanges and other communications and begin organizing the night musically. Arranging music in key, tempo, vibe and organizing it in a way that flows seamlessly through the night. Making sure we have a strong foundation to build a structure on for the evening ahead.

Providing your DJ adequate time to go through any lists, will assist them in finding perfect homes for songs prior to doors opening, rather than trying to find homes for them as the night goes on.
