With a heavy heart, we’re announcing that the San Isabel Enduro has been canceled.
It’s hard to put into words how heartbreaking this is. So many memories were made in the San Isabel, national forest and for so many of us it wasn’t just another riding area. It was home. One of the most beautiful places in Colorado has been forever changed by the fire, and it’s difficult to imagine those trails, forests, and mountains the way they once were.
Our hearts go out to everyone affected, especially the firefighters and the families who have lost so much. We hope that one day the forest will heal, and we’ll be able to make new memories there again.
Until then, we’ll never forget what made San Isabel so special.
In the coming months we will be arranging work parties and reseeding efforts to assist our amazing partners in the San Carlos Ranger District.
