Our weekly special dishes this week are:

- Pork Dinuguan, stew of pork meat and innards simmered in rich & dark gravy made from pig’s blood, vinegar, garlic, lemongrass, onions & chili

- Munggo Guisado, a hearty mung beans stew dish with pork meat, chicharon, spinach or malunggay leaves.

- Sinaing Na Isda [Braised Tulingan (Tuna)]

Wishing you a blessed Holy Week! As many of you may be aware, and others may not yet be tracking, we are now operating on a full business schedule, five days a week. We have merged as part of the new ownership of Sarap, Taste of Home restaurant.

We have a new name but the authenticity of our dishes remains the same.
Follow us at our new page. We will no longer use Sizzling Manila page for catering or food inquiries moving forward.

Merienda menu from 2-4pm Saturday only drinks (including coffee, halo-halo), light snacks (such as Lumpia, siopao), desserts available. No online orders or kitchen items during this time.

Sizzlers, did you miss us? We missed our amazing customers! Come and join us on 15th March at TFC’s Bayanihan Bazaar and Food Festival.

We will be serving authentic Filipino Street Food, including grilled barbecues and more. Our menu will be posted two weeks prior to the event.

Enjoy the show, food, and prizes. Admission is free and open to the public. Bring your entire family and friends.

We have a catering orders this upcoming Friday (17 Jan) and Sunday (19 Jan).

If anyone would like to order an a la carte, kung gusto nyo po mag-order. You must submit your pre-orders by 15 Jan.

Just a reminder, we temporary closed our pop-up restaurant so we will only offer “A La Carte” orders if we have catering services. So grab your favorites while it’s available.

As we reflect on 2024, when we launched our business partnerships as FilCO LLP - Sizzling Manila, it was our shared passion for showcasing authentic Filipino cuisine that brought us together. The family of FilAm veterans, with their humble beginnings and warm hospitality, created a welcoming atmosphere that makes every guest feel at home in our simple yet a vibrant pop-restaurant.

We truly felt the warm welcome of many FilAm community and organizations ( you know who you all are), appreciated the feedbacks of our customers that truly made a difference through our journey. We thank each of you for all of your supports, most especially to our friends and family who have been by our sides through challenges and good times.

Our 2024 success is because of you Sizzlers and incredible FilCO staff and family.
