We had the honor of being part of a special event unveiling the exciting plans for the historic Printers Park building transformation project.
We served up delectable treats and refreshing lavender lemonde celebrating the bright future this venue holds for our community!
🥳🌮 Stay tuned for updates on how this historic gem will soon become a dynamic food hall, creative office spaces, retail and residential as well as have outdoor gathering spaces. 🏙️🍔

Looking for some comfort food for your special event? We’ve got that covered too!

Chicken Alfredo - Fresh buttered garlic noodles served with perfectly cooked chicken and creamy Alfredo sauce and grated parmesan cheese sprinkled on top.

Marinara Meatballs - fresh buttered garlic noodles served with plump fresh meatballs and a delicious marinara sauce with grated parmesan cheese sprinkled on top.

Both comes with sliced buttered garlic bread or plain buttered bread, a fresh Caesar salad with parmesan cheese and croutons and Italian style bacon green beans.

Freshly cut and cooked Potato Skins - freshly cooked potato skins topped with our special blend of spices, gooey melty cheese and delicious bacon bits served with homemade ranch and/or sour cream.

Marvelous Mini Pepperoni Pizza Wontons - mini wontons filled with cream cheese, pizza sauce, mozzarella cheese and mini pepperonis. Cooked til crispy and served with ranch for dipping.

Beautifully Baked Bacon Wrapped Jalapeño Poppers served with a berry yummy dipping sauce and ranch.

Korean Bulgogi meatballs. Served individually or as sliders. Bite sized meatballs marinated in Koran Bulgogi BBQ sauce served with Hawaiian sweet rolls.

Are you ready to experience the WildSide of catering with The WildCard?

We have a very diverse variety of options and the list is ever growing.

Our ever popular - Kalua Pig & Rice. Slow cooked, smoked pork mixed with steamed cabbage on a bed of fresh jasmine rice topped with soy sauce and sriracha. Served with homemade macaroni salad and a Hawaiian sweet roll.

Our 115 year old family traditional wedding spread. Wedding beef with mashed potatoes and a fresh vegetable. Slow cooked braised beef with a kick of garlic and onion topped with homemade beef gravy. Served with fresh mashed potatoes and a seasonal vegetable and a fresh sliced bread with butter or a dinner roll.

The list goes on for days…so that’s just what we’re going to do. Share a couple items ever few days to keep your mouth watering all week long.
