Today is the DAY! We're hosting our first ever 12 Beers of Christmas pop-up! We'll be open from 1-5pm slinging brews and selling food! We've done every iteration we can think of, and have more in the works -- including our very first Distillery Dinner with this Thursday, November 7th. And, did you know that while we're excited to feature professional and working artists, we're even more excited to feature artwork from you (yes, you!), the beer drinking public? There's an artist inside each of you, we know it! We're opening the taps on Wednesday and Saturday this week you, the public, to come and drink beer! Wednesday the 9th starting at 5:30 for our monthly Community Mixer, and Saturday, October 12th from 1:00-5:00 for a pop-up party and bottle release!

- Nori Gose, 5.0%. brewed with dried seaweed
- Petite Peach Saison, 3.9%. brewed with fresh peaches
- Oak Smoked Plum Sour, 3.7%, brewed with fresh plums and oak-smoked wheat
- Carmelite Oeno, 10.4%, A beer/wine hybrid, brewed with pinot grigio wine grapes, lemon balm, angelica root, citrus peel, cinnamon and nutmeg
