Whew — what a week ahead! My prep cook is still out (back soon, thank goodness!), I’ll be stepping out a bit on Sunday during my usual prep time for a wedding venue open house (WOOHOO! 💍), and I’ve got a pop-up event tomorrow plus a lunch catering on Tuesday right after meal prep. 🍴

So, this week’s menu is a bit limited, but it’s still packed with fresh, flavorful meals to make your week easier and tastier! 🍳🥗🍽️ The next few weeks are busy, but I’m working on getting us back up to a full menu very soon.

Snapped this pic in front of the Ratatouille ride at Disney’s EPCOT, and honestly — Chef Gusteau said it best! Cooking is for everyone, but sometimes it’s nice to let someone else handle the grocery shopping, chopping, seasoning, and portioning (especially when that someone loves it as much as I do 😄).

After a week away, I’m finally back in the kitchen and so excited to share this week’s fresh, homemade breakfasts, lunches, and dinners with y’all! 🍳🥗🍽️💛 Thanks for hanging tight while I was away — let’s get back to making your week delicious and stress-free!

A little behind-the-scenes scoop: my amazing prep cook has flown off on vacation (have fun in Hawaii, girl! 🌺✈️), so this week’s menu is bigger than last time but not quite back to full power without my usual sidekick — she’s truly a lifesaver in the kitchen!

Also… don’t hate me 😅 — I’ll be away next week too, cheering on my Longhorns and hunting wedding venues! BUT after that, I’m back for several weeks, ready to cook up all your favorites.
