We planned a combined 30th and 60th birthday with 80+ guests at her residence.

She wanted us to stay and help coordinate, so we did just that!

Our overall responsibilities were:

🔸️Planning the event
🔸️Invitations & management
🔸️Organizing the day of with a schedule
🔸️set up & tear down
🔸️overseeing vendors the day of
🔸️mantain the buffett
🔸️make sure everything looks presentable
🔸️restocking as needed
🔸️remove trash as needed
🔸️help guests and clients as needed by serving them

A few Saturdays ago, we helped plan and execute two birthday parties. We got to celebrate two little girls turning ONE! It was a fun-filled day full of adorable baby smiles and lots of laughter.
