Officially taking orders for December Catering and dates are already filling up. We can accommodate any meal option, large or small groups and well as private family meals.
Through December I'll be running a few specials, including traditional southern holiday spreads such as turkey and ham. I'll also be offering some of our families traditions, like my mother in laws amazing baked ziti.

The Crazy Calf Lady's Kitchen Catering was honored to serve Columbia-Adair County Chamber of Commerce at their monthly meeting today.
Chili and grilled cheese was on the menu. We took the opportunity to showcase Friend of Fungi mushroom hotsauce, a superb local product from a couple of people I'm proud to call friend!

Looking for something a little different? I can do that. This was an Aloha Themed event. They requested Kona Chicken with coconut rice, pulled pork with Hawaiian buns, roasted potatoes, oriental rice, banana pudding and pineapple upside down cake.

Funeral or "Shiva" meals, obviously can not be pre planned. Here at The Crazy Calf Lady's Kitchen Catering, we will do our best to accommodate these last minute needs if at all possible, at a reasonable price.

Today's was for 70 people, ordered last Thursday evening. Meal consisted of Smothered pork loin roast, chicken tenders, green beans, mashed potatoes, 80 garlic/parm rolls, three scratch made banana Puddings and three peach cobblers.

With the store, farmers market, and festivals... the Catering aspect seems to be getting over looked.

I'll start with credentials:
*Food Manager Certification
*Locally Grown/KY Proud USDA certified beef/Pork/Lamb Products
*The ONLY personally owned, state certified catering kitchen in our three county region.
*State Resale Permit
*Seasonal Resale permit for pop up events running April-October of each year.

As for food options... my menu is limitless, and I'm growing those daily. Service? I can provide pick up, delivery only, or full buffet service with warmers, servers, and anything else needed.

I state none of this thinking better than anyone. Just that I'm just as much certified and inspected as the chain restaurants down the street,(actually more so as all my freezers and meat are inspected separately.)

All I'm asking to do like, maybe comment, and definitely share this post. Local businesses spend money in THEIR area. Chains... that money doesn't help the local economy.

This mornings retreat breakfast! Roasted heirloom tomato, baby spinach, Laurel Ridge Farm Meats Italian sausage and mozerella Quiche, fresh mushroom, chive, and cheddar Quiche, and fresh honey/lime fruit salad.

They requested these warm, but they are wonderful served hot,cold or room temp.

Ya'll! When I tell you I've been EXCITED about this weeks breakfast catering jobs since I booked them.... I can't explain how excited!
Today... Bagels & Lox and prosciutto wrapped parmesan asparagus 😍😍 stay tuned for tomorrows offering.

Need upscale catering by 7am... I can do that!
