Stop by Signature Catering And Market today and try our 2 new special feature salads. Limited Quantities. The first is our Toasted Peach Walnut Chicken Salad. A generous scoop of our homemade toasted walnut chicken salad , spring mixed greens, grilled peaches, feta cheese, cherry tomatoes and herbed vinaigrette dressing
The 2 nd is our Asian Chicken Salad.
Grilled Chicken, mixed greens, cucumbers, tomatoes shredded carrots and angel hair pasta with a homemade soy vinaigrette dressing. ( I can tell you when we tested this one the other day it sold out very quickly. The peach one is brand new today.

Y'all know how much we love the green salads from Signature Catering, but today I wanted to try something different - and I was in a hurry. I picked up a container of house-made chicken salad and some kettle chips. It was just what I needed today! I'll be having this for lunch again ... SOON! Thanks Richard Couture!

A couple of Thursday ago I was working at my market Signature Catering And Market and this gentleman walked in with a piece of paper in his hand. I asked how I may help him , he said I really hope you can help me out. He was getting married this past Sunday and he had gone to a local catering company in downtown Columbia. He had a menu in his hand. The catering company gave him pricing and booked with them. Well he got a call from the catering company that Thursday and they said we cannot do it as we are closed on Sundays . He showed me the menu and I said I can do just about ev on the list. I told him let me put something together for you. The next day he came in and finalized it. He had wanted it to be a drop off which meant disposable platters. I talked to him a few days out and said would you mind if I put them on real platters and chafers. This is a special day for you and I want to make it nice. He was so thrilled and appreciated it very much. He commented earlier, I wish I knew about you and had come to you first . I do want to mention that someone at the catering company recommended him to us. While our market and Signature Catering are typically closed on Sunday unless it’s a large party , there was no way I was going to disappoint this gentleman and the reason I opened the market is to offer catering to smaller groups. Hopefully we can help you with something soon.
