The day started with rain and lots of it. Just when we were ready to photograph the wedding party, it finally stopped raining. The evening was full of adventure and laughter! I was thrilled to be a part of their special day! Congratulations to the new Mr. + Mrs.

I was honored to be a part of this special couple’s wedding day! Though we dealt with strong winds, it was the perfect day! Julie was a beautiful bride and Josh was a handsome groom! They make the perfect pair! With family and friends, the wedding day went smoothly. The ceremony took place on the lovely family farm in Springfield and the reception was held in a tent nearby. The joys of serving as a wedding coordinator! I remember my wedding day 30 years ago: the excitement, the nervousness, and the laughter. I want each bride to ENJOY their wedding day as I strive to handle all the day’s expectations: managing the vendors, directing the wedding party, assisting the guests, and coordinating the flow of the reception. I’ve met so many wonderful people on this journey and have made lots of memories. Love this job!

The mother of the bride had the wedding day all planned to take place in her backyard but needed someone to execute all the details; that’s where I came in, even though I was hired 5 days prior. Last minute decorating, set up reception tables with place settings, operate the music playlist, manage the timeline by guiding guests throughout the evening, flip the ceremony setting to the reception set up, cut the wedding cake, clear off reception tables at the end, haul items back inside, so many details to manage, behind the scenes, and I was glad to serve as the day of coordinator so the mother of the bride could enjoy the day. I accomplished my goal.

I was honored to be a part of a unique wedding experience when Kel Cadence Mellone asked me to serve as her day of wedding coordinator. It was a beautiful day at The Cordelle in Nashville! The outdoor traditional ceremony was special, officiated by a family member and a friend. Later during the reception, the guests witnessed the Korean ceremony which was very interesting! The food was tasty! The band was awesome! The night was extraordinary!
