Unfortunately, but mostly Thank God - we are booked for the 4th of July and have been since the end of May. We say it every year and we'll say it again - book early if you want something for the 4th. Again, thank you for the referrals and thank you for the business. 15 years strong in this industry. Just when we thought we've seen or heard it all we come across a new obstacle. There's always something to learn.

Another item on the list of things that p**s me off!

Con artist and scammers!

I am including a screenshot of a picture from a "company" that sent me a friend request. Immediately I knew it was a scam. They have stolen a screenshot from one of our competitors.

I'm all for growing our business and telling you why I think you should use us over anyone else, but I'm also big on integrity and honesty. I will not let our legitimate competitors be used as con pawns!

If you get a friend request or solicitation from the company in the screenshot, avoid them.

I've contacted the company who's pic is being used to let them know as well.

I just receieved a disturbing, yet very encouraging phone call from a "competitor".

Due to the forecast (wind specifically), they, like us, had to cancel all events for today.

I'm proud of their courage and character to do so, especially still being young business.

Please y'all, don't give a business owner a hard time when they are looking out for the safety of your children and guests. Even if forecasts are wrong and the day turns out fine, at least they erred on the side of safety.

It's hard running business, it's even harder when you're classified as a high risk business, and it can be completely overwhelming when customers beat you down for trying to run your business safely.

Every so often it becomes necessary to remind the public to use caution when choosing a bounce house company.

There are a LOT of "companies" popping up, using similar names, similar wording, similar logos, similar font and artwork, etc.

Don't be fooled, don't risk your safety and party for these illegitimate businesses, some of which don't even use commercial grade equipment.

Be sure whoever you use meet ALL the following criteria:

1. Using commercial grade units
2. Permitted by the State of Tn
3. Inspected by a 3rd party inspector
4. Properly insured.

The winds this weekend took their toll on us. We had to cancel several events. A few folks were gracious enough to accept our raincheck instead of refund policy, a few others insisted on a refund.

We don't like to cancel events, and as a small business we obviously despise losing the income, however, we will never sacrifice safety to secure profit.

We understand that we may sometimes even be over cautious, and cancel when others will not.

Safety will always be our number 1 priority.

Support your local rental companies that don't cut corners.

We are often reminding people of doing business with reputable, properly licensed, insured, inspected, state approved companies. We are not the only one, there are a few others in the area as well.

Sure you may find others that are cheaper, but the savings on money could cost you more in the future.

This year even more than ever we urge you to use a company on Tennessee's approved amusement device compliance list.

Insurance rates have gone up significantly; ours increased almost 25% over last year. Some companies cut their cost by not carrying general liability.

Without proper insurance you cannot be approved by Tennessee. In addition to insurance, legitimate companies are required to be inspected by a 3rd party certified inspector. These are typically charged per unit. Another added expense

Support those businesses that do it the right way.

Remember to choose your inflatable company with 3 things in mind.
1. Are they insured?
2. Are they certified?
3. Have they been State inspected?

If one or all are a No, you might want to reconsider doing business with another company.

Safety should ALWAYS be the #1 goal of any company.

It's that time of the year again. Bounce House and Waterslide Season.

You'll see legitimate companies along with shady, under the radar companies offering to rent you a bounce house.

We'd like to help you make a choice that you will not regret, so here are a few questions to ask any potential company:

1) Are they insured? (Like really insured with commercial liability insurance, not just to cover their stuff if stolen) This may seem obvious, but you'd be surprised how many "companies" don't carry insurance because it is one of the biggest expenses.

2) Are they permitted by the State of Tennessee? Our wonderful state has requirements for a business to legally rent amusement devices. A business owner is required to show proof of adequate insurance, must be inspected by a 3rd party licensed inspector. It is only after, that they can receieve a permit from the state.

3) Do you stake your units down? Again a seemingly obvious point, but we have come across companies not staking units down.

There are a lot of excellent "competitors" in our area. They've taken the time and effort to meet the requirements to operate legally.

There are also still a few, (new ones pop up every year) who neglect to get insurance, neglect to get licensed, refuse to get inspected, and shouldn't be renting amusement devices.

Our goal is to rent to as many people as we can, but we know we cannot service everyone, so we will ONLY recommend other companies that meet the criteria to legally operate in Tennessee.
