Sometimes I have to play with flowers just for the sake of making something & this was a result of a very unfocused session. Feels a little spicy- in a perfect world there would be more dahlias, but here we are.

A very happy first day of autumn to all of you in the northern hemisphere! Sometimes it’s wild to think about half of the world having seasons opposite of what we are experiencing in our little bubble. Plus- it’s hard to imagine it is autumn when it is still so warm in our reality. Here’s hoping for cooler temps soon. See you later, summer!!

Better late than never (I took this photo at the beginning of September & my how time flies when flowering!)
Our Flower of the Month is the lovely dahlia! And, quite honestly, we may make it the October flower as well. We love tucking them in our arrangements and you should hear me gasp when Lindsay brings them in- our dahlias are super fresh since we have a grower on our team! As with all fresh flowers, they are ephemeral. You can get the best life out of them by following our care instructions included with each delivery!

Certain flowers aren’t safe for curious pets, so get in touch a few days before you need to send your flowers so we can be sure we have the safest stems on hand! All white, A la Carte bouquets and boutonnières traveled all the way to a Florida beach wedding last week for a super sweet bride! We used hardier varieties we knew could stand up to the heat and trip.

Beat the summertime blues with an Evening of Flowers at Bloomstall- Summer Edition. You will create a stunning arrangement filled with gorgeous blooms to take home with you! Since it is the Summer Edition, we are going to focus on amazing locally grown flowers!!

After we gather, you will be guided through creating a modern floral arrangement without the use of floral foam. We will discuss tips & tricks to keeping the flowers looking their best!

All tools, flowers, & vases provided.

Little bouquet action from our A la Carte menu- This is the Meadow palette and while the flowers change seasonally, this palette feels like eternal summer with those gorgeous garden roses.
