🎉 Day 2 of in Denver kicked off with our Welcome Session, where NACE National President Michelle Dunnick, CPCE, MBA, recognized the outgoing immediate president, Amber Allen, CPCE and thanked Anne Harper, Deputy Executive Director of NACE National, for her 10 years of service. We also want to congratulate all those recognized, including the newly certified CPCEs and the President's List honorees.

A highlight of the day was the NACE Culinary Experience Luncheon, inspired by Colorado's natural landscape and the drive to preserve its beauty. This event focused on the importance of sustainability in catered events and featured local leaders in Colorado's food and hospitality industry.

Michele, with 34 years of dedication to the catering industry, currently serves as Director of Citywide Catering Sales at Caesars Entertainment.
