We love taco bars, but not all are created equally.
Don’t settle for that lazy ass ground beef that tastes as though the cooks just looked at it with the 9-year-old spice pack in their hand, shrugged their shoulder, and said “F@ck it.”
If we make you one solemn vow, it’s that we will never say “F@ck it.” when it comes to your taco bar. We’ll make the salsas in-house. We’ll fry the chips ourselves. We’ll get tortillas down the street from El Patron. And most importantly we will season that shtuff with spices we mix together ourselves…cause it takes 2 minutes…and anything else is just lazy and boring and stupid. (Can you tell we’ve got a thing for spice blends?)
Also, just so we’re clear, we can do all of this REAL cheap. We’re not expensive just because we have good pictures. Just saying…

This Thanksgiving, after you’ve finished running the proverbial gauntlet that is the buffet line, take a seat, look down at the masterpiece you’ve made, and know somewhere sits someone else that’s having a panic attack just thinking about it.

Just an FYI, as caterers we get crazy requests all the time and we’re happy to accommodate. Even Aunt Alice and her hatred of onions. She’s not allergic, but if an onion even looks at her chicken she’ll know it and she won’t touch it….guess what Alice, there’s onions in everything. Bon appetite😘

Last time we checked, pineapple and kiwi don’t grow in southern Boone County.
Ask for more, ask for better.
At very least, ask your caterer to stop putting salad in aluminum hotel pans.

For every vegetable you eat, somewhere Paul Webber gets his wings.
We’re still working on the tagline, but the truth is that we want nothing more than for you to eat your veggies. We get those veggies from our farmer friends right here in our community, so when you eat them it says something.
It says, “I love my town and I love my Mom.” Something like that…

For real though. Every event is a different menu and an entirely different experience.
If a caterer hands you a menu full of pre-designed packages…RUN! They do that so things are easy for them, but what about you?? Do you want the same sad Taco Bar every other wedding was force-fed? Yes, a Caprese Salad looks pretty in a stock photo, but is that really want you’ll get??
Tomatoes are only good in the Summer, when they’re coming straight from the vine. They’re even better when you know the farmer personally and they know the standards you uphold.
That’s why we customize every single menu specifically for each event. It allows us to use the freshest seasonal products around, and it gives you a menu guaranteed to please. It’s how catering is supposed to be done. Accept nothing less.

We're here to remind you that all caterers are NOT created equally. We don't all do things the hard way, and we don't all use Real Food grown by Real People.
For those of you that are new to our little social media family, we ONLY use pictures of our own food. Everything that's photographed was eaten shortly after the shutters closed. These pictures were also taken by our homies and people we admire.
Whatever you do, don't settle for half-ass and basic catering. We do everything from a night in with family to a grand display of your ability to drain your savings account. Just call..we'll take care of the rest.
