Now firmly established as the go-to caterer for unique event design and high-end cuisine in his hometown of Columbia, S.C., Hall and his family work with corporate clients such as Palmetto Health and BlueCross BlueShield of South Carolina, as well as large-scale nonprofit events like EdVenture's FROST gala and the annual Contemporaries of the Columbia Museum of Art Ball. He also produces small, incredibly detailed dining experiences for clients as well as for the general public via his "X Marks the Spot" hidden supperclub series.
