Now that we have full access of our page back... from whoever was trying to hack our bacon, or bourbon, or both...

We are announcing that we are sold out for the 10th year in a row, but we will also be announcing all the distilleries and restaurants that are participating this year, this weekend!!!

And we have a new twist for all attendees. Someone will win a Yeti cooler full of delicious items, swag items and more from all of the participating businesses as we raise money to assist the The Food Bank for Central & Northeast Missouri

Como Smoke and Fire has been a staple here at the 2025 MO Bacon & Bourbon and we're excited for them to be back again!

But before then, their annual Ribs for Responders event, where they cook ribs and provide meals on Christmas Eve for all 1st responders in Boone County, is an amazing tradition that their warm hearts have continued, and we're pleased to support in anyway possible.

If you don't want to wait until February 1st go try their smoky goodness, (or incredible bourbon line up) go check out their North or South Locations!

Hey friends! Guess what? There are only 6 weeks left until our event, and we’re getting excited to start introducing the companies and brands at this years event, starting off with Lionheart Whiskey Co. out of Hermann, MO!

It all starts this week, tickets go on sale Thursday at 6:00am!

Headlining the music at this year’s fest will be The Barroom Billies, they last played at the fest in 2018 and we’re excited for their return!

Also new addition this year, is that we’re teaming up with Missouri Pork to make a donation to The Food Bank for Central & Northeast Missouri and giving you the chance to join in upon entry to the fest. With donations giving you the chance to win a Yeti Cooler loaded with gift cards and products from all the companies that will be at the event to take home! More details on that to come.

The 4th Annual 19th Hole Golf Tournament is about a month away and there is still space for a couple teams in both the AM and PM flights

Nearly every year for the past decade, Halls Consulting has organized the MO Bacon and Bourbon Festival. The event organizers invited guests to drink, eat and listen to live music

Make sure that you arrive prepared, with either a physical or digital copy of your ticket to be scanned, and your photo ID!

Then make sure that you make it home ok! Call Uber, Lyft, a taxi, a friend, a trusted foe. Just don't drive if you too had much to drink.
