These last 8 weeks, I have been walking through a season of loss and longing after expecting a walk of new life and joy. I am learning to exist with a broken heart that I know I will never be able to quite mend back whole. But through all this hurt, I have gotten to experience the goodness of God in a way I never have before, reminding me how truly finite our lives really are and how much more we get to experience after this life.
I am so grateful for all the clients and vendors who have been so patient and understanding through this all. And for those who have become friends whose prayers carried me through some of the days I felt I couldn't carry myself. You all are such a blessing to me. 🤍

Hi! It's nice to see you all again! What an ✨️offseason✨️ it has been. I have been soaking up these last few months, celebrating lots of family birthdays, enjoying the holidays, spending some time on our favorite little island in Florida, being more intentional with time at home and deep diving into what we want our future to look like with our business, home and family.
Taking a little break from instagram and the pressure of posting and staying constantly connected has been a sweet little break, but I am excited to hit the ground running and start creating some magic 🩷

Is anyone else still trying to figure out how 2021 is over but also feeling like you are going into 2023?? No? Just me? 😅
But in all seriousness, 2021 was by far the busiest year and I am so extra thankful to all my couples and vendors that I got to spend the year working with! This job is such a dream come true and I can't wait to see how it continues to grow each year!

Okay let's talk about one of the most over looked details on the wedding day : food while getting ready!
I have so many couples that when we begin to go over the wedding day schedule that say they didn't even think about what they would be eating throughout the day! It is so so important to make sure you and your wedding party are eating THROUGHOUT the day and not just breakfast first thing in the morning.
Tip : if you don't have a coordinator that can pick you up food, or a venue that offers food options, put a parent or close family member/friend in charge of getting food for you and the bridal party the day of the wedding!

IT’S HERE!!! We are beyond excited to bring to you the 2021 Crimson Lane Editorial Shoot. I’ve teamed up with Sara from and Taylor from , and together we have been dreaming up something you won’t want to miss. Using Pantone’s color of the year, we have created a romantic fine art shoot that brings out lightness after a year of darkness. Join us May 11th, 2021 for a shoot that is heavy in florals, while still holding onto so many delicate and feminine touches. 12 photographers & 6 videographers will have the opportunity to individually capture this shoot in all of its beauty.
