This Friday through Sunday, we will be set up in Frankfort Square in Downtown Columbus for Columbus Days! We will have regulars slushies, a certified organic slushy, large popsicles and Pop Daddy Pretzels!

Josie is excited to sell slushies at the Tanner Pelster Memorial at the Boone County Raceway,!!! Come enjoy some great dirt track racing at the Boone County Fair and see us underneath the grandstand. We also have the photobooth set up!

We are excited to be selling slushies at the Tanner Pelster Memorial at the Boone County Raceway on Sunday! This race honors our dear friend’s little brother and we are so thankful for the opportunity to be part of this awesome race. It is going to be a long, hot day…perfect day to enjoy some cold slushies and watch some great races!

This weekend is all about celebrating the Class of 2023!!! 🧑‍🎓.

We will be kicking off the weekend with the double slushy machine at the Follette Graduation, then on Saturday we have the single slushy machine at the Borer Graduation and then the party is going to be off the hook at the Delano Graduation with the double slushy machine, bike cart and selfie station!!!

This afternoon our double tank machine was rented by Pillen Family Farms for their employees to enjoy Margaritas in celebration of Cinco de Mayo!

Tomorrow the double tank machine and bike cart will be at Country Lane Gardens and Sunday the double tank machine will be at a graduation. It’s a busy weekend but we love it!!!

There has been a lot of excitement lately with all the inquiries we are receiving for Summertime Freeze/Mobile Vendor Rentals LLC! 😁

I would like to to answer some Frequently Asked Questions to save confusion and time in messaging:

Q1) What is Mobile Vendor Rentals LLC (MVR LLC) and Summertime Freeze (SF)?

- A1) this is basically two businesses in one. Summertime Freeze is a trade name underneath MVR LLC and is the part of the business that was created for my daughters to learn how to become entrepreneurs. SF is a mobile beverage cart that will sell certified organic slushies at farmers markets, community events, etc. MVR LLC is the rental side of the business for when the slushy machine and bike cart are not in use by SF. The slushy machine and/or the bike cart can be rented for private events and promotional events. We do the prep work, delivery, pick up, and clean up. Machine is self-serve.

Q2) Can you serve alcohol?

- A2) Until I can figure out how to get a liquor license for a mobile cart, no I can not sell alcohol 😆. However, if you rent the slushy machine through MVR LLC, you can use your own alcohol to mix into the solution. I recommend that you have someone supervising or serving the drinks to prevent underage drinking. I highly recommend frozen Moscato, Rose, or any flavor of Margarita 😁

Q3) What do we need to know from you when inquiring for prices and services?

- A3) We first need to know the DATE and TIME you are inquiring about AND if you are inquiring about Summertime Freeze or Mobile Vendor Rentals. Next, we need to know what flavors you want. If you are inquiring about MVR, we need to also know if you will be adding alcohol to your mixtures and how many guests or drinks you plan to serve. We recommend 9 oz short cups for private events.

Q4) is the bike cart and/or decorations included in the slushy machine rental?

- A4) When renting the slushy machine, it will come with a heavy duty stainless steel table. The bike cart is a seperate rental fee as it is very expensive, requires more labor and has a higher liability for damage. We prefer that it is not at events where kids or adults would climb on the bike section and mess with the gears and electronics. We do not provide any decorating but we highly recommend you contacting Weathered Willow Events, LLC for all your event decorating 😁!!!

Q5) What do you normally do? What are your standard flavors?

- A5) This is a brand new business 😁. We are just getting started! We will soon start to get an idea of what people like or prefer but we aren’t there yet. We can get just about any flavor of drink or any size of cups and straws. Please be kind and understanding while we are learning the ropes of the business.

Q6) What are the specs of the Slushy Machine and the Bike Cart?

- A6) The slushy machine has two 4-gallon tanks. The amount of drinks it serves depends on the size of cups used. Convert gallons to ounces and divide by the ounce size of your cups. The bike cart has a temp controlled fridge/freezer, on-demand hot water heater, 5 gallon clean water and 5 gallon gray water tank, mini sink with cold and hot water, LED lights, locked storage and cash drawer.
