Ahoy, it's a boy! This was a very special and most memorable baby shower I organized four years ago. It was for my First grandson Jr! The sweets table was incredibly extravagant, and my sister did an adorable sailboat-themed table. It was also my first time creating a balloon bouquet and balloon wall. Whats a wonderful way to celebrate my granddaughter's first day of first grade! The homemade erasers, and memo pads made from rice krispie treats and pencils made from pretzels and vanilla wafers will be a creative and tasty surprise for her class. And the addition of an apple for a teacher treat is great too!

I also created a pencil balloon column for some fun photo opportunities. It's always nice to capture those special moments.

Once upon a time, in a land not too far away,
A baby shower was planned, with colors so gay.
The theme was "Finding Nemo," a tale of the sea,
With bubbles and laughter, it was meant to be.

But alas, the mother-to-be went into labor,
Six days before the party, causing a little favor.
The shower was canceled, but not for long,
For today, it's happening, and it's going strong.

With balloons and streamers, the room is adorned,
A pop of color everywhere, making hearts warm.
Bubbles floating in the air, bringing joy and delight,
A magical atmosphere, shining so bright.

The guests gather 'round, with smiles on their faces,
Excitement fills the room, as they take their places.
The mother, glowing, with a baby and a new feels she found
