How do rental packages work at District Six? We're here to help!

Our rental packages are in half day and full day packages. A half day package reserves the space for five hours. The full day package reserves the space from 8 am - 11 pm. Rental fees are due 30 days prior to the event.
For any rental, a $150 deposit is required at the time of booking which is refunded after the event as long as there are no damages or incidentals.

An estimated 38% of Americans are eligible to give blood or platelets, but of those, less than 10% actually donate each year. If you are healthy and eligible, please come out to donate. "We hosted a gender reveal party for our daughter and her husband this past weekend for a small group of family and close friends. District Six was THE PERFECT place for this. The owners, Jonathan and Emily, were so nice and helpful and worked with us when we had to change the date and time. Emily checked in with me more than once to make sure she knew what our needs were regarding tables and chairs. The building is beautiful, well-maintained, clean, and adorable. They had the tables all set up for us and we didn't have to move them or put them away before we left. The kitchen area is spacious and had everything we needed, and the main area was well-lit with natural light through the windows. All of our guests were enchanted with this adorable converted 1800s schoolhouse, and we heard so many compliments from them on the building throughout the afternoon. It really helped to make our very special event even more special. And, by the way, It's A Girl!" -Lori H.

There is a lot that is shiny and new at the old schoolhouse, but one thing we weren’t going to touch were the doorways and transoms in the main space. When we uncovered these gems behind old and ugly paneling, we knew we had opened a time capsule. At some point the glass had been removed, but otherwise these were one of the few areas in the building that had been untouched over the past 150 years. Another shoutout to our friends at @whitesinnovativeglass for helping us to replace the glass.
