Petals & Leaves is Hiring!!!

Wedding & Event Consultant
Part-time to full-time position with one of Columbus' leading weddings and events florist. Approximately 20-30 hours per week - hours may vary based on experience and some evening and weekend work will be required. Pay rate based on experience and potential for bonuses. Looking for an energetic and friendly individual with experience in the floral industry as well as good customer relations and previous sales training. This position would work directly with newly engaged couples as well as couples throughout their wedding planning process. You would need to be able to help the client conceptualize their vision for floral and event decor as well as maintain knowledge of seasonally available products and current market pricing. Previous experience with Details proposal creator is ideal but willing to train. Some on-site installation and set-up design may be required during weekends, and opportunity for additional bonuses for event strikes. Floral design experience is a definite plus!

Social Media Manager
Part-time position with one of Columbus’ leading wedding and events florist. Approximately 10-12 hours per week – could combine hours with other available positions. Looking for a skilled social media manager to maintain and provide content for all social media. Must have knowledge of Instagram especially and can work with shop owner on ideas and concepts for posts, reels, and stories. Ideal candidate would have some social media photography experience and can be on-site for certain events to document.

Floor & Setup Position
Part-time to full-time position with one of Columbus’ leading wedding and events florist. Approximated 15-25 hours per week. Ideal candidate would be available most weekends (day and evening) to assist designers with set-up and installation onsite at events. Candidate would also assist on the studio floor by processing flowers, cleaning and putting away rental décor, possible assistance with smaller design projects with guidance. Must be willing to work weekends (and additional opportunity for bonuses with event strikes) as well as 2-3 days per week.
