Our 4,000+ sq ft venue has ample tables & chairs to accommodate 150 guests very comfortably, a refrigerator, microwave, men’s and women’s bathrooms, and a very comfortable and unique rustic design with a stone fireplace. Because we are an ATC licensed establishment, we cannot allow any outside alcoholic beverages to be served. We do offer a cash & credit card bar and a bartender for an additional $50 fee ($250 minimum sales). We proudly offer beer, wine & liquor. Let us know if you would like to discuss bar options. We welcome food trucks & caterers and we’re happy to share a list with you. Black or white table coverings are also available for $20 per table additional fee - steaming is not guaranteed so if you prefer crisp, wrinkle free linens, please bring a portable steamer for last minute touch-ups.

WEEKDAYS:
$100 per hour
Cleaning fee ($50) added to invoice.
SATURDAY & SUNDAY:
$600 - 1/2 day (7a - 3p) OR (4p - 11p)
$1000 - full day (7a - 11p)
Weekend prices include cleaning fee.
We also offer day-prior decorating for an additional fee of $300 for 3 hours.
To get started, simply share your name, phone number, email and a few details about your event such as which day and month (double check for availability), the beginning and ending time of your event, what type of event, the number of guests you plan to invite, and your address.
We’ll email our Terms of Service form through PandaDoc online signature platform for your signature. After your form is submitted, we’ll send you an online invoice to make a payment and reserve your date. Done!
