Camp Mary Orton would like to thank all of our week 1 campers for an incredible opening week to the 2024 camp season. Through hiking, creeking, high ropes courses, and so much more, our campers (and staff) had a wonderful time hanging out on our 167-acre property. We hope to see your camper out this summer too.

The Godman Guild Association is currently hiring a Lifeguard at Camp Mary Orton for the 2024 summer season. This is a part-time, seasonal summer position, with the bulk of the hours on weekdays (some weekend availability is required for special events and rentals). The essential job functions of the CMO Lifeguard are to provide swimming lessons, monitor swimmers, enforce safety rules and policies, and rescue distressed swimmers, all in service of providing a safe and fun environment for swimmers of all abilities.

Godman Guild Association is looking for camp counselors for the summer of 2024 to have fun, be outdoors, and impact the lives of central Ohio youth. We have a total of 3 camp programs at Camp Mary Orton: Discovery Day Camp, Adventure Academy, and Summer Youth Empowerment Program. Each one has its own special focus in hands-on learning activities, cooperative games, education, and nature-based exploration; but we’re all in it together to make summers a fun, meaningful experience for children aged 6 to 14.

Counselors take leadership in making sure that the camp is successful and enjoyable to all campers, and that activities are a positive growth experience. Our staff are important role models and leaders.
