For the past 18 months, I’ve been quietly working on a little side project: Dr. Jack’s Hot Snakes Elixer—a pineapple honey habanero hot sauce that’s been fermenting, bubbling, and intensifying into pure fiery magic. 🐍🌶️🍍

Today, it’s finally ready! Just in time to shake things up for Turkey Day with family and friends. It’s not for sale—just a personal experiment—but I couldn’t resist sharing this milestone. If you’re lucky enough to snag a taste, be ready for a bold, tangy, sweet-and-spicy punch that’s 1.5 years in the making.

While I’m celebrating with this fiery concoction, Ember & Spice is taking a little holiday break to do the same. We’ll be back slinging smash burgers and seasoned fries on Saturday.
